Passion AND Purpose

About 300 million people visit US national parks each year. They have a passion to get outdoors. A much smaller number are also passionate to get to those parks BUT they also have an important purpose. They volunteer to pick up the trash left by the 300 million.

That is one way to do “creation care”. This issue of Shout! OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE includes a special focus on creation care, which as Jarrod Davis defines, ” …is a Christian theology that highlights God as Creator, humans as creatures amongst the rest of creation, and the connection between God, creation and humanity.
