Find some healthier cookie recipes and get baking. Then get outside, walk and deliver the goods. Do it, as this video shows with a friend for some fellowship and family engagement

Look for opportunities to talk with and encourage your neighbors and watch for opportunities to offer to pray with them. Even if you don't get to pray WITH them, as you walk to the next home you can pray FOR them.
